experience as a loan officer and has closed in excess of $350 million in loans. Every year he has ranked as one of the top performers in the field and has been awarded the "Leader's Club" designation for each of those years.
Keys to Success
When asked about the key to success as a loan officer Bruce responded, "I've been helping people borrow money for more years than some companies have been in business, and during that time I have learned a great deal about writing loans and making customers happy."
Readily Available
One of the ways he makes his customers happy is by being constantly available. Bruce stresses, "It's all about service. For example, I accommodate people's busy lives by meeting them nights and weekends, in their home or at the office. I've even had an applicant ask me to meet him while he was in the hospital. At application I go over every detail
until they feel absolutely comfortable. Then, either later that night, or the next day, they think of a question they forgot to ask, so they call me and we discuss their loan some more. That's what I'm here for - the borrower." |
